Artisan dried pastas may take anywhere from 8 hours to 48 hours to dry. Our Maika`i Organic Artisan Pastas are meant to be eaten “al dente” (with a bit of chew). Unlike industrialized pastas, our pastas may need to be cooked a bit longer than other pastas.
